Indonesia is probably one of the country that has a huge market for Chinese cuisine. From the most common Chinese Fried Rice, Dim Sum to their soulful Chinese-style Noodle that easily attracts Indonesian with their bold flavour. 

Pò Noodle Bar, a small noodle joint in the Cikajang neighbourhood area offers a warm and comforting Chinese food through their two types of noodles. Ja Mian, the dry noodle type that serves you a homemade-thick noods along with their special sauce, topped with either chicken or beef for your protein selection, and stir-fry mushroom.

While the dry type offers you a perfect sweet and savoury mix taste, the Sui Mian or the soup-type pleased you more on the herby and meaty flavour from the broth. The Sui Mian came alongside a huge-sized of braised brisket that melts in your mouth, and a dried tofu skin to add a crunchy texture to the dish.

We also came for their new collaboration menu with BBQ Mountain Boys, the Kunlún Miaw that include a very tender brisket, and Xiao Kiaw, where you can just enjoy the meaty flavour with the salty and sourness of the soy sauce on its own! 

Walking inside the restaurant, the ambience is surely a winner. With the Chinese rock & roll music and the Chinese traditional décor are adding the plus point to the small noodle joint! Pricewise, Pò Noodle Bar came with a really pocket-friendly price range, so you don’t have to worry to be broke whenever you want to enjoy the delightfulness of their Chinese comfort food!
